HR and Operations Coordinator

Full training will be provided on our systems and processes as well as continuous coaching and mentoring. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will gain new abilities and continuously develop professionally in order to perform other activities as required.

Expected KPIs:

People Management

Managing the HR's performance through maintenance of KPIs, employee satisfaction and morale, and completion of projects and routine and non-routine tasksCreate training and transitions plans as needed for new hires or promoted employees within the teamConduct the staff welfare check with new hires and coaching/mentoring sessions with the team members as neededHandle employee relationsFacilitate the weekly and monthly meetings with the HR and Admin TeamAttend regular and ad hoc meetings as needed

HR Administration and Operations

Oversee HR assistant (recruitment) in all internal-end-to-end recruitment activitiesPerform interviews and reference checks to assist the HR Assistant (Recruitment)Conduct and/or oversee all HR internal processes and ensure that all of them are implemented and completed on time, whichever is applicableImplement the Company Policies and Procedures, and create, revise and/or update when necessary.Ensure that all employees are compliant with the company policies and procedures by handling employee concerns and identifying any violation or breach of policies and conduct promptly and implementing sanctions accordinglyPropose and work on relevant projects beneficial to the companyHandle HMO Policy renewalCorporate Governance

Training and Development

Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employeesFacilitate internal training of CompanyReview and revise training presentations from time to time to ensure that all the information is up to date

Employee Relations

Office Health and Safety ComplianceEvents Planning and ImplementationAssist in culture-building activities

Requirements:

Must have taken up or completed a course relevant to Human ResourcesCandidates with Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate with extensive experience in HR and Operations Administration are welcome to applyHR certifications and/or post-graduate degrees are an advantage but not a requirementAt least 3-5 years of experience in general HR and AdminExperience in other facets of HR is an advantage with a strong emphasis on recruitmentExperience in a fast-paced working environment is preferredExperience in handling work permits, visas, etc. is an advantageFamiliar with Philippine Labor Laws, and other compliancesExceptional verbal and written communication abilitiesHigh attention to detailsA diligent and organised approach to all task typesAn energetic personality with a positive outlookA love of talking to peopleCAN START ASAP
