JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for coordination and processing of related Compensation and Benefits activities which include responding to inquiries and concerns regarding employees’ compensation and benefits.
DUTIES & RESPonSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS)
Provides timely, accurate and customer-friendly administration of the following:1. Enroll regular employees to HMO, Group Life Insurance and personal accident insurance coverage;
2. Ensure deletion of separated employees from HMO, Group Life Insurance and personal accident insurance coverage;
3. Process government transactions including loans;
4. Computes and monitors SSS Maternity and Sickness benefit availment of employees;
5. Assists in processing of Third-Party billings;
6. Prepare Car and MC Plan documents;
7. Prepare COE and other related forms.
