Marketing Assistant (Auto Loan)

To monitor and ensure the proper delivery of the applications for auto loans and financial leasing from the potential clients in coordination with the Account Officers.To communicate with the clients and ensure the timely collection of all required documents and information from the clients for the credit investigation and also for the execution of contracts in coordination with the sales persons of the dealer, Account Officers, Credit Control Unit and Loan Administration Unit.To ensure the timely and proper encoding of the initial information of the clients in the loan origination system for the credit investigation.To ensure the timely feedback of the credit investigation results to the clients through the Account Officers.To follow up the signing and execution of the contracts with the clients in coordination with the sales persons of the dealer, Account Officers and Loan Administration Unit.To make the applications as instructed by the superiors for the unit's and/or group's expenses, disbursements and others including but not limited to: applications for the purchases of office equipment and consumables, applications for representation expenses , reimbursements for out-of -pocket expenses incurred by the unit and/or group members.To make appointments and reserve the rooms or the spaces for the meetings as requested by the superiors or management.To assist the Account Officers to monitor cost-effective analyses including but not limited to: account profitability and sales tracking.To assist the Account Officers to analyze the performance, including but not limited to profitability, delinquency ratio and credit loss ratio, by each outlet and each sales person.To assist the Account Officers to draw up business plans and annual budget of the unit or assigned dealer's outlet for the approval of the superiors or management and formulate and facilitate action plans to achieve the approved plans and budget of the unit or the assigned dealer's outlet.To propose the changes or modifications in operational processes or workflows to the superiors in order to improve the efficiency of the operation.To ensure coordination and harmonious working relations with other units and groups of the company.To assist the Account Officers to make reports, regular and/or as directed or requested from time to time, regarding the operational issues of the unit or the assigned dealer's outlet.To attend internal and external meetings and committees, regular and/or as directed or requested from time to time.To perform other related duties and tasks that may be assigned or delegated from time to time by the superiors or management.
