evaluates financial information and risks prior to granting loans to businesses or individuals. She/he will be responsible for analysing and monitoring the credit worthiness of new prospects and existing clientele. Must have strong organizational skills and analytical ability as well as show initiative and drive the document request, collection and underwriting process.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducts background checks and credit checks to facilitate loan applications.
• Ensures that all client loan application are processed in an efficient and accurate manner as embodied in the credit manual
• Checks if all data submitted by clients are properly encoded in the loan management system.
• Monitors and updates all payment channels
• Responds to inquiries regarding loan products / application process on all communication channels
• Assists the loan operations officer in all functions as cascaded from time to time
• Process all client loan applications forwarded by Accounts Executives to Credit
• Performs credit checking on client loan applications and works hand in hand with Field Credit Investigator in doing client checks
• Prepares the reports of the CI and assessment performed on loan applications and forwards to Operations Officer
• Processes all client loan applications forwarded by SeekCap nd performs same process to referred loans clients
• Coordinates with SeekCap partners in giving timely updates and discussing approvals and disapproval
• Processes all client loan applications forwarded by Autodeal and performs same process to referred loans clients
• Coordinates with Autodeal partners in giving timely updates and discussing approvals and disapproval
• Processes all client loan applications forwarded by Nook and performs same process to referred loans clients
• Coordinates with Nook partners in giving timely updates and discussing approvals and disapproval
• Acts as the process owner of loan folders and its routing to pertinent individuals for discussion and approvals
• Perform other assigned tasks as may be delegated from time to time.
Experience and Qualifications
• Must be a graduate of any business course or any related course
• Experience in loans operations gained from a reputable financial institution is preferred
• Possesses good written and oral communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
