₱ 22000-25000 PHP / Monthly
· Prepare profit and loss statement and monthly closing and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and documents business transactions.
· Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
· Prepare and review payroll entries , invoices and other accounting documents
· resolve accounting discrepancies
· supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems
· Preparation of statement of accounts
· Review of guest charges and related supporting documents for statement of account preparation
· Coordinate with various government agencies for requirements
· Act as petty cash custodian(PCF)
· Process invoices/ folios promptly and render interim and monthly statement and follow up letters on timely basis
· Answer clients' queries relative to invoice promptly , professionally and courteously
· Perform other duties as may be required by management
