Job Responsibilities:
Contact customer by telephone and e-mail in an attempt to determine reason for overdue payment; problem resolution on behalf of customers account reconciliation; receipt and allocate payments; sort and file correspondence, keeping files and documentation up to date and accurate.Investigate and resolve customer issues and disputes to collect balances. Provide information on disputes to Sales team and other internal parties.Identify potential bad and doubtful debts within customer portfolio or other potential operational risks or non-compliant activities and escalate in designated appropriate manner.Comply with the Goodyear Credit Policy, and all other applicable company policies and procedures in all respects.Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or Finance. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply0 to 1 year experience as a Claims & Billing Analyst in business to business collections environmentBasic knowledge of SAP AR preferredBasic knowledge of Account ReconciliationExposure to Order to Cash /Order to Receipt processes preferredProficient in basic accounting principles, including debits and credits, the basic accounting equation, adjustment, billing, credits, and claims processing#LI-Hybrid
