Implementation of the Employee Code of Conduct
Conduct store visits and employee consultations to check compliance on the code of conduct as well as enforcement of the disciplinary actions and sanctions.Provide employees expert advice on issues concerning, Interpretation of the employee code of conduct.Implementation of progressive discipline procedure.Conduct investigations on cases brought up to HR.Collect and 201 filing of DA documents for effective enforcement of the progressive discipline procedure.Conduct training related to managing employee conduct, performance, and dispute resolution.Labor Relations
Prepare helpful studies and review proposals related to CBA as guided by the superior.Represent the company on court hearings for 3rd party claims and other legal cases in coordination with the company.StandardsInstitute internal safeguards on funds, assets, company properties and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency of facilities and equipment.Develop new and enhance work processes in close coordination with the Systems Department to provide corrective actions to recurring problems including internal guest complaints, as well as preventive actions to avoid potential problems from occurringStandards
