OPERATIONS ADMIN ASSISTANT

Your job is to initiate and coordinate the clerical functions required to effective implement the administrative policies of the Operations Department and serve as the point person for data-related tasks.

A day in a life of an Admin Assistant includes. . .

Designing and preparing reports, forms, charts, memos, and other documents as needed, including major/complex reports for management as and when requiredMaintaining the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions, and reportsCommunicating with sales and operations teamsAssisting customer service representatives to determine mailing needs and/or status and responding to related questionsPerforming daily clerical duties such as sorting and distributing incoming mail and faxes, copying and collating, and other routine duties necessary to assist senior personnel and departmental management.Verifying and completing required documentation and reports, including but not limited to productivity informationAssigning new submissions or new projects to intended representatives.Collecting and recording daily output along with the fulfillment-based incentives earned by the customer service representatives.Preparing the financial report that provides details of the monthly incentives earned by customer service representativesHelping track, monitor, and report specific book from the WIP i.e. expedited, prioritized projects, etc.
