DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in developing the ALIAC HRISHelps in designing a compensation package based on business goals and strategyCreate a consistent compensation guideline that matches the work and organizational cultureCreate and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classificationsConduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarksApply effective communication strategies Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys and interviewsKeep abreast with new trend and best practice particularly the government mandated benefits and minimum salary wages.Ensure that compensation practices follow current laws and regulationsConduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reportsChecking and ensuring that all mandatory contributions of employees are properly paid and postedAssist in the payroll by checking the employees’ accountabilityCoordinating with 3rd party providers like HMO, clinics, hospitals and etc.Assist employees in their claimsIn time submission of payments of contributions.Assist in the processing and issuance of requested documents in the office.Others functions as deemed needed by the position and office.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for (1-3) yearsPrior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practicesFamiliarity with current employment rules and regulationsHands on experience with HR software (HRIS)Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative researchStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.Can start ASAP.
