BPO USRN Deputy Manager (Health Care/Clinical) Bridgetown earn up to 75kMust be USRN registeredWilling to work onsiteWith BPO background as Deputy ManagerClinical Review Supervisor– Supervisor engages and enables clinical review nurses to ensure quality service to external providers and internal team members.Qualifications• Minimum Academic Qualification egree): College Graduate• Minimum Work Experience (in months/years): At least 3-4 years experience in acute care environment or At least 2 years previous UM/QM experience in a managed care or acute hospital setting• System working knowledge required:  Computer proficiency required• Any additional criteria:o RN, LPN/ LVN graduate from an accredited school of nursing or radiation therapyo Current, active RN, LPN/LVN license in the United Sates. o Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skillso Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using critical thinking skillso ***Must be a US Registered Nurse***Additional informationMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES• Supervises a team of 20+ clinical staff  with varying professional licenses and education levels• Communicates with employees and customers to ensure prompt and courteous attention to all questions regarding products and services• Responsible for knowing the intricacies and compliance standards of all key benefit management programs• Works collaboratively with the compliance department to investigate complaints and correct errors.• Handles and reviews disciplinary actions directly with employees, i.e., verbal warnings, records of discussion, and formal disciplinary documentation.• Continuously coach the team to ensure the individual and team performance goals are achieved• Serves as point of escalation for procedural and technical issues and coach staff regarding how to effectively resolve the issue(s)• Tracks and monitors team performance; provides feedback• Conducts formal performance appraisals of direct reports and prepares and communicates performance reviews and development recommendations.• Highly motivated, self-starter who works independently using all available resources, policies, and procedures to work effectively and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of multiple projects and shifting prioritiesFor interested applicants please click “APPLY NOW” and be sure to upload your updated CV or resume through Jobstreet.
