Job Requirement:

With or Without Company Nurse experience as long as willing to be hired as Company Nurse open to hiring Nurses from different industries (Medical, School/University, etc.) Has experience with administering antigen testsGood communication skillsExtensive knowledge in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and MS OutlookAble to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasksExcellent time-management skillsGood interpersonal skillsWilling to attend the Final Interview onsiteWilling to work Onsite

Education and/or Experience:

Must be a graduate of BS Nursing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend to medical concerns of employees on a daily basisevaluate sickness for issuance of medicinesProvide first aid assistance to employees requiring emergency treatmentReview pre-employment medical resultsdocument medical records with utmost confidentialityPrepare requisition of medicines and medical supplies as the need arisesAct as contact person for all Health and Benefits Provider together with the Health and Benefits SpecialistMaintain and update a Master List File of all regular employees who are entitled to company medical benefitsFacilitate and assist on hospitalization needs of all regular employeesFacilitate outpatient reimbursement claimsProcess and assist employees with their corresponding benefit claimsAssist company physician if any and as neededEducate employees about health promotion and preventionAssist Records Controller in receiving pre-employment requirements of new trainees/hiresAssist the Health and Benefits Specialist in the preparation, execution, and continuous improvement of any Health and Wellness initiatives of the CompanyPerform other duties as may be required by management from time to time or as the situation dictates
