Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant who is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.
In this role, you will:
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metricsDetermine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of workReview and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsUtilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverablesPresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessExercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of businessCollaborate and consult with leaders and executive managementProvide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staffPartner with Recruitment Delivery in supporting target ramps for volume and niche hiring profilesProvide recommendation to Recruitment Delivery regarding sourcing and talent attraction initiativesCoordinate with partner recruitment and advertising agencies regarding campaign management and collaterals in promoting job postingsRequired Qualifications
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)At least 5 years of working experience in Recruitment Marketing, Digital Marketing, Market research or related fieldFamiliarity with talent mapping to build marketing intelligence / skills availabilityFamiliarity in partnering and managing educational institutions and professional organizationsProficiency on various job portals / aggregators and social media platforms to effectively strategize hiring demands.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) skillsVideo editing skills preferred but not requiredAmenable to work on a mid-shift schedule in Mckinley Hill, Taguig
