Load Planning Officer

Assists the Logistics Manager in transport operations, managing the transport expenses, planning for transport operations improvements, and providing relevant information to customer service.

JOB DUTIES

Transport Management

Coordinates the shipping and receiving of supplies, goods, foods and people.Ensure that goods are moved in the most efficient way, considering schedules, costs, health and safety.Makes consistent analysis of the distribution process to make strategic recommendations.Prepares back up plans to cover changes in circumstances.Validates and processes courier’s billings based on approved standardized freight/lane rates.Applies project management to determine the resources and labor necessary for a project, the cost and time of completion. 

Report Generation

Handles Dispatch Management SystemPrepare data for monthly productivity report and weekly Logistics Communication report.Submits monthly reports concerning all operational areas to Operations for final review.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIonAL EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years of related work experience in Supply Chain Management, Traffic Management, and LogisticsGraduate of Engineering, Business Administration / Management or any related field of studiesExperience with MS Office, good knowledge in Transport Management and Supply Chain ManagementFamiliarity with SAP, Oracle, or any OTM Background

WORK LOCATION

Candidate must be willing to be deployed in the Head Office - MAAX Bldg., Pasay City.
