Cold Storage Supervisor (Tarlac)

Job Summary:Supervise cold storage personnel to ensure activities to facilitate just on time deliveries to customers of high quality; frozen meat is carried according to approved standards.Maintain cold chain links while frozen products are in-transit to ensure that all deliverables are transported properly and free of damage (inbound and Outbound)Ensure that all tasks are properly delegated in accordance to company’s prescribed objective to achieve the highest level of productivity.Ensure that Food Safety requirements are carried out and applied inside the operations.Perform assigned tasks and take necessary actions if deviations to perform these tasks are present.Apply motivational techniques in supervising, coaching, counseling subordinates and provide necessary input into the performance evaluation formQualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Warehouse Management, Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.Adept in computer works (microsoft office)Applicants must be willing to work in Concepcion.
