Custom Declarant

Job Summary:

The task is to act on behalf of the licensed customs broker for the declaration of goods on import and export entry application.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Computation of Duties, taxes and other chargesResponsible for declaration of good on both import and export entry application.Responsible for preparation of documents needed for filling entries both import and export.Task to insure all the documents needed for the process, like permits from other government agencies and other supporting documents needed.Uploading of import and export entry application to BOC's Portal.Monitoring the status of the application.Filing of all the documents (For documents retention mandated by the bureau)Perform other task that the operation requires.

Job Specifications:

At least Graduate of BS Custom Administration.With at least 2 years of experience on Custom Clearance specially on declaration of goods(Declarant)Licensed custom broker will be an advantage.With good communication skills.Proficient in MS office specially to MS EXCEL.
