Compliance Coordinator

Understand and support AN commercial quality organization and opportunities for improvement. Provide overall technical and documentation support to commercial affiliates, Division QA and One Commercial QA (cross-Divisional). Monitor compliance of Commercial Affiliates and Third-Party Packers to Consent Decree content and activities. Manage projects as assigned by Global Product Finishing Lead. Support in process changes to policies, procedures and systems that will ensure AN requirements are met. Support the Global Product Finishing Lead on lean operations and Product Finishing cost improvement projects. Support the Global Product Finishing Lead on RCA investigations in packaging material issues with suppliers. Support Product Finishing related events.  Provide monthly report regarding Consent Decree Compliance to Abbott Quality and Regulatory (AQR). Support Quarterly FDA Reporting activities on Consent Decree Compliance. Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time. 3-5 years in a regulated nutritional food-manufacturing environment, pediatric or medical nutrition products, in a Quality, R&D, or Operations function and good knowledge of food cGMP and nutritional regulations is necessary.
