Contract Business Improvement Manager
(Contract and Supplier Management, ERP like SAP, Oracle, etc)
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Develops and manages constructive and transparent relationships with suppliers
● Ensures the contract is successfully executed. Includes meeting all special conditions relating to
the performance of the contract
● Executes on market engagement with suppliers in various forms as and when required to deliver
value
● Implements improvement plans in the event of underperformance. Leveraging supplier expertise
in pursuit of cost and efficiency gains
● Monitor overall compliance to KPI's and SLA's
● Drafts and executes resulting supply contracts as and when required and transitions these into
operations
● Able to manage multiple initiatives in the pipeline concurrently
Qualifications and Experience:
● Must have & proven work experience in an Contract and Supplier Management
● Experience in Working and Communicating with Suppliers
● Experience in managing and continuously improving the supplier and the Organization’s
performance against the contract
● Experience in running multiple projects, performs market engagements and drafts resulting
contracts and implements these
● Experience in any Major ERP like SAP, Oracle, etc.
● Excellent stakeholder management skills
● Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
● High attention to detail and level of accuracy
● Superior Organizational Skills & analytical skills
● Ability to Adapt to New Tools and Software
