General Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides management with timely, accurate, and verified information pertaining to the Human Resources Operations of the Company. S/he supervises both people and processes of Human Resources Operations to increase their efficiency and effectivity. The HRBP plans, designs, implements, and evaluates human resources systems, programs, and activities with the aim of providing quality services to employees cost consciously.
Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Management
Verify completeness and correctness of Manpower Request FormsProcess Manpower Request Forms for approvalSource candidates through online recruitment platforms, social media, internal recruitment, referral, agencies, and networkingScreen candidates for endorsement to the hiring manager/supervisorFacilitate the selection of the candidate most aligned with the position requirementsCreate job offers and employment contractsUpdate the Recruitment Monitoring SheetGenerate Recruitment ReportsGenerate Manning ReportsCreate/update 201 fileEmployee and Labor Relations
Investigate the veracity of incident reportsCreate due process documents: Notice to Explain and Notice of DecisionConduct administrative investigationsFacilitate administrative hearingsRespond to DOLE NoticesRepresent the company in DOLE Meetings, Barangay Meetings, Court hearings, and in matters requiring representation in a Police stationServe due process documentsFacilitate conflict resolution meetingsUpdate the Cases Monitoring SheetPropose policies, policy changes/revisions/update in relation to employee conduct and disciplinePerformance Management System
Monitor performance management cycles per employee: 3rd month appraisal, 5th month appraisal, semi-annual and annual performance appraisalsCommunicate with both evaluator and evaluate on their responsibilities in relation to timely submission of performance management formsUpdate the Performance Management Monitoring SheetVerify completeness and correctness of submitted performance management documentsCreate Performance Improvement PlansProcess Notices of Regularization and Notices of Non-RegularizationTotal Rewards System
Process payrollCoordinate with Payroll OfficerFacilitate creation and updating of personnel accounts in SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilhealthCheck daily time records for accuracy and correctnessCoordinate with Health and Safety Officer for all HMO concernsWorkplace Learning and Development
Conduct New Employee OrientationFacilitate onboarding of new employeesOrient employees in the Code of Conduct, policies, memoranda, and other rules and regulations of the companyCoordinate with the Health and Safety officer for training/seminar on First Aid and Occupational Safety and HealthEmployee Engagement
