WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
Employee Relations
Represents company on Labor related casesServes termination noticesFacilitate exit procedure for resigned and terminated employeeProcesses employee separation documentationProcesses and routes clearancePrepares last pay requestConducts exit interview and submits summary of exit interviewReleases exit documentationLast payPrepares Release Waiver & Quit ClaimPrepares Certificate of EmploymentCoordinates with HR-Timekeeping & Payroll for Certificate of Contribution (SSS, Pag-ibig & PhilHealth)2316Counseling, grievance and discipline for all staffConducts investigation on complaints and grievancesFacilitates the resolution of any employee relations problemsCounsels employee regarding work, family or personal problemsHandles grievances of the employees, in a sensible mannerPrepares and issues disciplinary action memorandumAccount Management
Conducts regular site visits for off-site accountsBrings payslips, documents, etc to offsite accountsMeets with Team Leads and discusses concerns or updatesTakes note on offsite concerns and discusses concerns to HR Head for immediate actionConducts Focus Group Discussions, as neededParticipates in meetings that involve a range of issues as needed and/or assigned (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-department needs, collective bargaining, etc.)Performance ManagementEnsure timely communication / execution / completion of the Performance Management ProcessDistribution of performance evaluation formsRecords performance evaluation resultsComputes performance ratingsMaintains performance evaluation tracking systemTracks and monitors performance evaluationPrepares employment documentationRegularizationPersonnel Action Memo (PAM)Compensation and Benefits AdministrationAdministers both government mandated and company initiated benefits which includes government and company loansEnsures that all benefits administered are consistent to the employees’ corresponding status and levelMaintains a record of all employee movement such as promotion, regularization, and merit increase / salary adjustmentsHandles HR Information System and 201 filesEmployee EngagementWorks with rest of HR team on company eventsConducts new hire orientationRecords and Reports ManagementPrepares monthly and yearend reports on terminations, transfers, promotions, disciplinary action and other information requiredPrepare reports on complaints, counseling, grievances, surveys and other adhoc tasksOthers
Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assignedPerforms general office support functions and assists personnel as necessaryIn the absence of HR Head, handles issues and inquiries and supply authorized information to employees related to Employee relationsOther duties as assignedWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources operationsExtensive experience inExposure to and understanding ofMust have an entrepreneurial mindset – accountable for recommendations and decisions, and a good understanding of commercial approachesStrong preference towards documentation and experience in document management is requiredExperience in the outsourcing / offshore staff solutions industries is requiredDegree qualified, preferably Psychology or Behavioral Sciences related, from a reputable College or University
