QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of LawWith at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in preparation of contracts, finalization and drafting of legal documentsMust be knowledgeable in handling contracts, property ownership, lease, documentations, permits, right of way or site acquisition works, government regularization and local governance negotiationWith driver's license and can drive 4-wheels (Manual and Automatic Transmission)

ConTRACTS AND LEGAL documentS PREPARATIONS, FINALIZATIONS AND RENEWALS

Engages in the negotiation, drafting, preparations and finalizations of contracts of lease renewals, memorandum of conformity or agreement and other legal documents or forms such as affidavits, special power of attorney, demand letter; handles verifications or validations of supporting property ownership documents aim at ensuring protection of company interest

PROVISION OF LEGAL ASSISTANCE

Assist in providing guidelines and directions- on contracts negotiations and finalizations as well as procurement of necessary supporting ownership property documents to ROWSA and contractors

LGU REPRESENTATIONS

Assist in attending public hearings, technical conferences and other official duties/ functions in complying with the permitting or clearances, right of way or access, site acquisition, documents requirements within the cities or municipalities, barangays and subdivisions to ensure and allow project implementation at a given target or timeline

COORDINATION AND ISSUE SETTLEMENT

Meets, discuss and settle issues with the property owner or possessors, and/ or regulatory office in connection with the preparation, negotiation and finalization of contract of lease and any deed of understanding and agreement

PAYMENTS OF RENTALS AND PROPERTY documentS MAINTENANCE

Oversees payments of rentals for CO's or Nodes and other properties utilized to support Company's projects to ensure unhampered maintenance and operations
