Overview: The Human Resources Administrator is the main point of communication of employees for HR concerns across all global offices.The SrHRA works with the HRA team to implement as well as administer all functions of the Human Resources Department.

Human Resources Administrator is responsible for successfully applying for various business and work visas for TRT employees travelling or moving on TRT business.Timely and accurate filing of visa requests with travel agency, visa agent or proper authorityDevelopment, maintenance and monitoring of TRT Visa Tracker, which summarizes current visas held and pending renewal and expiration deadlinesC. Job Requirements:
3-5 years of proven record of successful execution of HR systems to greater than 100 employees in multiple foreign officesGlobal Professional in Human Resources and Human Resource ManagementYou have a strong HR administrative experienceKnowledge and practice of relevant provisions of the Labor LawsStrong ethics and reliabilityYou have strong communication skills – written and verbalCan effectively communicate across the organization
