Job Description:
Maintaining client accounts by monitoring emails.Update account status in inhouse system by data entry and uploading.Responding to internal teams if they have questions or concerns via emailProvide quick, professional, and accurate responses to client inquiriesCollect information and details regarding needed services by answering incoming calls and conducting outgoing calls to clientsQualifications:
