Genpact is hiring!Be part of the leadership and support role of Genpact Philippines!We are inviting applications for the roles of Management Trainee/Team Leader in Genpact Recruitment!Responsibilities:Plan, implement and manage external staffing resourcesAssess, plan, execute and maintain budget resources to produce strategies, tools and results.Utilize all sourcing channels to deliver qualified candidates for various programs (agent-level)Audit daily footfall and track endorsements per sourceGenerate reports for assigned sourcing channel; attend off-site sourcing activitiesspearhead/execute new sourcing initiatives for employee and applicant referral programscoordinate with Recruitment Partners and other vendors as needed; other ad hoc tasks as neededMinimum Qualifications:Relevant experience in end-to-end hiringBachelors degree holder, in any fieldPreferably leaders specializing in Human Resources, Recruitment and Sourcing or equivalentExperience in Team, Performance and Project ManagementProficient knowledge of HR recruitment practices and principles.
