Customer service Supports all channels via email, chat, phone and others as assigned in Amazon and Walmart E-commerce platform.Responsible for dealing with after-sale service including return and complaints, products and services; if unable to provide assistance, escalates customers to Customer Service Supervisor in a courteous manner, meanwhile, maintain the good performance of our stores.Regularly contact the paid customer via email, chat, phone and other channels, inquire about the product experience and conduct EDM and SNS marketing.document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our systemsServes as liaison between customers and our companyComplies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.₱ 18000-20000 PHP / Monthly
Requirements:
College degree,preferred 1-3 years working experience.The ability to genuinely connect with customers and other associates in a friendly, professional, and engaging wayFluent in the English language, both spoken and writtenExcellent telephone etiquetteGood analytic and decision making skillsAbility to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfactionStrong organizational skills; attention to detailBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word, ExcelFresh graduate are encourage to apply.
