Job Description:
Makes outgoing calls to collect client information and detailsProvide administrative services thru email managementMaintains database for accurate reportsCreate and maintain client accounts in the system.Responsible for creating and monitoring invoicesProvide suggestions and recommendations for client concernsRespond to client service-related questions and concerns to ensure client satisfactionResponsible for creating and monitoring invoicesQualifications:
