Job Description:
•Reviews all pertinent documents on the contract and ensure that all the information is accurate and complete.
•Maintains excellent customer service by acknowledging customer's requests using appropriate business email communication and providing updates in a timely manner.
•Maintains strong working relationship with colleagues from all sites and provide needed assistance to ensure that SLA is being achieved by the team.
Qualifications:
•Education: College Graduate, any course
•Experience: None required; good to have related experience in same shared services/BPO Environment
•Good Business English Skills
•Computer Navigation and analytical skills
•Attention to details
•Amenability to work night shift, onsite training,
