Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Responds promptly and professionally to incoming customer queries in person, phone or email Performs a range of staff or operational support activities Serves as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative or operational matters Maintains, processes and updates files, records, certificates, and other documents Responsible for interment scheduling and monitoring of clients’ insurance from enrollment up to claimsRequirements:
College Graduate, Business-related course Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficient knowledge in customer service Proficient on Microsoft applications and other computer applications With good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain calm and polite in stressful situations Knowledge on insurance process is an advantage 1 year of previous admin assistant is a plus.
