Data Collection
The work done by Data Collection (hereinafter referred to as DC) is mainly to collect data from doctors around the world (approx 30 languages) via syndicated studies, AdHoc studies or panel studies like Promo.Track, Medical Index or Hospital group studies. The data is being collected via CATI, CAWI or WEB. The specific data collected for Syndicated & AdHoc studies are also being quality controlled, language tested, logic tested and coded before delivered further to Data Management for further processing. The repository and recruitment/interview system used is maintained within DC by the System department responsible for developing and keeping our system up-to-date for the different project needs.
Data Collection: Panels, Syndicated & Adhoc studies performed via CATI/CAWI
· Implementing and working with key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive both internal and external client satisfaction
· Conducting interviews with doctors, pharmacists and patients over phone.
· Scheduling of all Syndicated & AdHoc DC production
· Scheduling of all panel work – monthly, quarterly and semesterly basis.
· Main point of contact for our remote production outside IQVIA
· Manage production budgets and ensuring appropriate capacity planning for DC production based on resources available to meet commitments
· Manage all day to day priorities, workflow and planning
· Recruit and administer physicians on all panels and Syndicated/Adhoc studies
· Continues contact and follow up with LO´s where required
· Coordinates with production related functions within Data Sourcing, Quality Control unit, Systems unit and Client Engagement.
· Proactively implementing changes in way of working, short and long term, as required by client commitments
· Build long term relations with physicians and being an ambassador for IQVIA
· Manage, motivate and develop production staff ensuring team goals are met
· Proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
Education, Experience & Knowledge Required:
Vitals: individuals speaking several languages and multi tasking. Professional in communicating, a team player, able to collaborate within multiple projects, handle priorities with high energy levels and to maintain a proactive engaged approach to a complex process. Preferable experience in primary market research or a medical knowledge. Native speakers- near-native language skills not good enough for medical interview
