Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for resolution of customers’ IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queriesLiaise with other support teams as necessary to resolve customer requests or incidentsEnsure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidentsQualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate with 2 years of college education of any IT related coursesAt least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in Technical Support/ Customer Service Representative or any related to Service DeskPreferably With good knowledge and skills in ITInterest in providing technical support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat, and emailExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsJoin our high-performing team and enjoy these benefits:
