Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, acquisition of new MD's, support technology issues and inquiries. The will correspond with our customers through inbound/outbound calls transactions on their accounts such as payments, ordering, product availability and other related inquiries.

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or serviceAnswers questions about products of our companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve company's reputationGo the "extra-mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationPrepare and send report neededJob Requirements
Graduate of any 4 year courseOpen for fresh graduate or 1 year BPO/Call Center ExperienceGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM Software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionAmenable to work in Ortigas Pasig
