Working closely with our US and AU customer service team in executing reservation changes and cancellations
Job Responsibilities:
Liaising with lodging partners for reservation changes and cancellations via phone (mostly) and emailInitial audit of new bookings in preparation for product fulfillmentProcess product orders across multiple supplier platformsCheck invoices and input product confirmation numbers into internal platformGeneral data entryAttends to any ad hoc tasks that may assign from time to timeJob Requirements:
