Summary of Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support three members of our global leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out extensive EA and administrative duties at the highest level and thrive when working in a busy environment.
The role will be varied, and fast-paced, where no two days are the same, therefore an agile and proactive self-starter
is required to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities:
Provide full professional and personal administrative and EA support to MD, CTO and CPOEfficient diary management, including prioritizing commitments, forward planning and inbox managementCoordinate and manage internal and external meetings, including board meetingsPrepare agendas and ensure relevant documentation is distributed prior to meetingsOrganize multiple travel itineraries and arrangements including international tripsManage and process monthly expensesProduction and distribution of documents, reports, presentations, and minutesRegular coordination of conference callsSupport with ad-hoc requests from the wider team including events, meeting support, projects, etc.Requirements:
A graduate of any four year course.With 5-10 years of relevant work experienceA strong background working within a similar role, supporting executivesDemonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced environment that demands a critical eye for problem solvingAbility to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently whilst working to tight deadlinesExcellent communication and written skillsDiligent work ethic with accurate and flawless attention to detailTeam player who collaborates well with others and adapts to working with a wide range of people on a global basisStrong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PDF Editor, MS Teams, Zoom etc)An interest and passion for sustainability – desirableAmenable to work in Pasig City, on a shifting schedule
