Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the operations, training, and quality teams to identify performance gaps related to communication skillsAnalyze performance gaps and provide recommendations to meet target metricsResponsible for content research, training outline creation & development of evaluation measures, training materials development, knowledge assessment/ test designDeliver capability development programs to employeesDevelop communication assessment tools in line with project's goals/metricsProactively develop activities or modules to supplement existing programs or initiativesGather data from operations to measure program effectivenessPropose continuous improvements in communication coaching and training processesAttend quality calibration calls and provide recommendationsPrepare reports like training effectiveness measures, and data analysis for business reviewsQualifications:
