I. JOB SUMMARY
Franchise Relations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our Franchisees have a smooth and pleasant on-boarding experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Acts as the key person/ coordinator of new franchisees to JCW support groups
2. Coordination with Business Dev’t. Admin and JC for ocular schedule and results
3. Accepts final endorsement of the new franchisee from JC
4. Provides briefing to the new franchisees of the on-boarding process
5. Gives regular update to the new franchisees on which part of the process they are already in
6. Ensures all documents submitted by the franchisees are correct and complete
7. Provides administrative support to the Franchisee as required
8. Prepares and sends welcome letters, on-boarding process flow status updates to new franchisees
9. In charge of answering emails, phone calls and other inquiries that the new franchisees may have
10. Coordination with the Training department for training schedule of the new franchisee
11. Coordination with Franchise operations for Panda Books enrolment
12. Coordination with Business dev’t department for cart release schedule, ingress and opening date
13. Checks that Initial Order is placed and paid by the new franchisee
14. Monitors completeness of the initial stocks
15. Close communication with the franchisee to ensure that franchisees are well informed, updated and
taken-cared of.
II. SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Accepts Ocular Endorsement Form from JC
2. Endorses the Ocular Endorsement Form to Business Development
3. Gives update on the result of the Location Study Form to Business Development and Franchise Operations
4. Accepts Final Endorsement Form from JC
5. Emails Welcome Message to the Franchisee together with the On-boarding Process
6. Coordinates with the new franchisee all the requirements needed by the Business Dev’t., Franchise Operations and Training Department
7. Coordinates with the BDD Admin., Commissary for cart release date
8. Coordinates with the Training Department for in-store opening support
9. Any other task that may be required in order to ensure that we deliver the cart 60 days from the initial payment date of the franchisee.
