Job Overview:
The Customers & Channels Capability is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with our client’s services organization. The team provides transformation services across five key offering namely Digital Servicing, Retention and growth, Field Services, Contact channels and Service Operations. These services help our clients optimize their cost to serve and improve revenue per customer.
The team is comprised of individuals who have great understanding of customer services function and span across various industries like CHT, FS, Utilities and Retail. The team leverages these diversified skills to deliver projects that helps drive quantifiable value to our clients.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define service strategies, design, and implement contact center solutions and help optimize our client’s service operations. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking, and commitment to quality
Key responsibilities include:
Be a trusted advisor to our clients by possessing in-depth knowledge of business processes and ecommerce platform & constraints.Bring industry best practices and expertise on how SFCC/ SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)/ Adobe Magento platform features work while working in partnership with the business in defining outcomes as well as to-be processes.Work along with multiple teams (business, development & testing) to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.Self-start and engage with the business taking the initiative to help identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. Should think through problems and make actionable recommendations.Understand the business language and translate into user stories / requirements which can be understood by the technology team.Provide working demos to the business on how all aspects of the solution would work and demonstrate platform functionality to help with any business decisions.Job Qualifications
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree course; MBA preferred!Minimum 5-6 years digital commerce functional consulting / business analyst experienceExtensive hands-on experience in leading and implementing e-commerce platforms, specifically in the areas of solution or functional architecture, prescriptive business requirements assessment and solutioning, leading and coordinating solution design, and deployment & Change management across multi-dimensional team.Must have hands on experience on performing business user configurations on at least two of the below listed eCommerce platforms: Salesforce Commerce cloud, Adobe Magento, SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)Experience delivering engagements in Digital Transformation areas using Agile Methodology.Understanding of digital commerce ecosystemCertifications: Good to have any of the following certificationsSAP Commerce Cloud Business User /SAP Hybris Business AnalystAdobe Magento solution specialistMust be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.What is in it for you?
