Facilities Maintenance and Operation
· Overseeing bank wide maintenance program of the equipment, service vehicle, physical office, and machineries. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
· Assist GSIAD Head to oversight all bank properties and facilities
· Assist GSIAD Head in administering office equipment operation
· Facilitates for the speedy servicing and administration of building maintenance requirements of the Bank, e.g., repairs, air-con maintenance, etc.
· Assist General Services Officer in warehousing and storage activities
· Monitors Head Office housekeeping and repair activities.
Facilities Projects
· Assist GSIAD Head to oversight construction projects including attending meetings, updating timeline and tracking of budget and expenses.
· Monitors and provide report in regards to project progress and advancement
· Consolidate all necessary reports and prepare documents for submission
Other GSIAD Activities
· Assist GSIAD Unit for the bank’s Retention and Disposal Policy Schedule
· Assist General Services Officer in furniture/equipment logistic moves and related activities.
· Assist WB Chief Security Officer in regards from Security issue to Facilities related concern
· Prepares and submits monthly reports including inventory/summary listing of all bank wide equipment
· Actively participates and execute in all Occupational Safety and Health programs
· Assist GSIAD Unit Head in processing facilities related government certificates/permit
Qualifications and Minimum Educational Requirements:
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Engineering/Technical related courseAt least 1-year experience in construction industry is highly preferableComputer literate specially Excel and WordProactive and has commendable sense of urgencyResourceful, organized and systematicService-oriented and can work under pressureTeam player and teachable
