Administrative Specialist

Summary: 

Under minimal supervision, performs administrative support functions and a wide variety of administrative duties including data entry, word process and filing. Assist in coordinating schedules and performing special tasks as needed. Resolves complicated and sensitive questions and problems.

Job Responsibilities:

Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, research methods and techniques to support business functions and processesCreates documents for various projects and assists with related questions regarding processes and proceduresLeverages job knowledge to make business decisionsAssists with special projects as neededCommunicates with customers to resolve inquiries

Qualifications: 

Two years minimum of administrative experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detailAbility to work in multiple systems simultaneouslyAbility to navigate, organize, and modify Excel spreadsheetsBackground in auditing and/or detailed research preferred

Location: Paseo, Makati (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 months
