Operations Coordinator

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

l Conduct all kinds of reporting from field team.l Analyze different reports from South NCR (**majorly South Manila and West Manilal Consolidation and analysis of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reportl Reporting directly to TMs and GM.l Coordination with other coordinators from Field Team and Nationwide Team

Daily Work:

l Needs to handle manpower of entire South NCR ensuring the trend of manpower (increase and decrease); making an analysis report in relation with attendance, resignation, hiring and others.l Daily sellout report of South Manila and West Manilal IMEI daily updates from field team ensuring the accuracy of IMEI versus Message Sellout versus DMS Selloutl Other compliance from Territory Managers, General Manager and Operations Manager

Others:

Finish other given tasks that is related with sales, marketing and operations

Job Qualifications:

u Possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in IT, Marketing, or any related Business Coursesu At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.u Fresh graduate is welcome to applyu Tech Savvyu With a good command of English communication both in writing and speakingu With well-verse skills in Microsoft Office (PPT, EXL, WRD) and data analysis & analytical skills for reportingu With positive, outgoing personality, being self-motivated, detail-minded and dedicated for worku Can do multi-tasking, with fast learning ability
