Acquire 30 new clients every monthPlan, implement, and oversee partnerships strategies and initiativesGrow and develop the Partnerships departmentImprove current departmental KPIs, monitor each member’s productivity and performance, and enforce SOPsBuild local and grassroots partnerships, with MSMEs, F&B, retail, and service industries and local businessesBuild relationships with DTI, Go Negosyo, etc.Build strong relationships with clients while maintaining existing client relationshipsCollate and maintain organized information and keep track of client databases and KPIsDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work closely with other departments to develop and implement growth and sales strategiesIdentify potential strategic clients, business opportunities, and partnersContribute to new business development initiatives
