Marketing Officer (Sales & Venue Management)

The Marketing Officer (Sales & Venue Management) supports the Marketing Manager in advertising, campaigns from conceptualization to completion of the Venue Management and promotion. Maintains growth of the existing consumer base, follow up prospective accounts and manage new advertising techniques.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Venue Management AdvertisingAcquire new accounts and maintains an active database of clientsDevelops and recommends corporate sales and strategies to the Marketing ManagerPrepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast and strategies necessary to achieve and increase sales targetRepresents and participates in meetings to provide update and alignment related to relevant promotion activities / eventsEstablish active and productive partnerships with internal and external clients to ensure contracted obligations are metSales Administration and documentationEnsures delivery of agreed sales targetSecure timely collection for Accounts ReceivablesWorks closely with the Sales and Venue Management team to identify improvements in the current trends, strategy and styleTrack and monitor sales performance for reporting to the Marketing Manager and Vice President on weekly and monthlly basis

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIonAL REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years experience in sales and marketingGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalentKnowledgeable in MS Office applicationsExcellent selling, negotiation and presentation skills Willing to do field workWith pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills

Candidates must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - Pasay City.
