Compensation & Benefits
Ensure compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive through market research and market trends or surveysConduct a competitive review on benefits, compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses and design reports and proposals to the senior executive teamEnsure the company is in compliance with Philippine Labor lawsRegular evaluation and assessment of compensation policiesDevelop, update and implement benefit programs for the organization (e.g. retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)Monitoring government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends and apply to our policies for executionManaging the HMO and Insurance enrollment, renewal, and distribution processesPayroll & Timekeeping
Perform end-to-end payroll process in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and timely with zero dispute per payoutEnsure final payroll is processed within cut-off including overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. using our systemsTrack hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates and other related informationEnsure accurate, timely processing of taxes for employeesResponsible for resolving payroll issues and disputesPrepare reports or data analytics to management that support business decisions.Other tasks
Ensure final pay is processed on time in compliance of DOLE and labor lawsEnsure accuracy and completion of all HR data such as CORE data and Payroll SoftwareOversee government certificates and licenses for renewalPerform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/managerRecommend and proactively implement opportunities for increased departmental efficiency and process improvementQUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 3 years prior experience in end-to-end payrollExtensive experience in both manual and automated payroll processingAdequate experience with PH compensation labor laws and regulationsExperience in Payroll Software/HRIS/MS OfficeExperience with Total Rewards benchmarking is a plusInnovating, creative, and solution oriented to ensure excellent employee experienceOpen to working beyond work hours when deemed necessary
