We are currently looking for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide coordination and support to the two company leads.
On a day to day basis the role will be a mixture of ad hoc and routine diary management and administrative tasks in an often chaotic world of a fast-paced leading tech and consultancy agency.
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support services by assisting with diary management, planning & booking extensive domestic & international travel, and assisting with the organisation of meetings, video conference calls, lunches, invoicing and purchase order management.
The executive assistant is a proactive, energetic individual with excellent communication skills who is comfortable working with Senior Leaders and is not shy to pick up the phone, and loves a constantly changing priority list in a fast paced environment, ticking boxes and driving innovation in our work space.
QualificationsExperience working as a Personal Assistant/ Executive AssistantMUST HAVE EXPERIENCED handling International clients.Excellent communication skills, oral and writtenExperience in Microsoft or Google Work spaceProactive and AmbitiousWilling to work on a nightshift.
