Job Description:
Streamline operations process to support growth and expansion of both retail and direct selling channels including inventory and distribution management.Manages first-line team leaders who are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of teams handling customer inquiries and issues.Ensures that KPIs, metrics and overall satisfaction goals for both customer and partners are met.Coaches and mentors retail and direct selling supervisors.Establish metrics and development plans for the team, providing regular performance feedback throughout the year.Timely management and responsiveness to channel support queries and escalations related to systems, process and communications.Accountable for change management of go to market, customer experience and partner servicing system and by accomplishing related results as needed.Job Requirement and Skills:
Candidate should possess a Bachelor/s or Masteral Degree of Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any related studiesMust have at least 5 years above of managerial experience in channel operationsMust have experience in handling multi branch operationsProven track record in operations. Experience within FMCG, direct selling, beauty devices and skin care industry is an advantageStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills
