Job Objective:
The Junior Sales Coordinator's role is to manage and undertake centralized processing from calls, fax and email orders in an efficient manner to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. He/she will be the point of contact of Area Sales Manager in completing their documentary and financial needs. He/she will be responsible in maintaining and updating customer's database.
Responsibilities:
Check purchase order details and make sure that information are complete;Collate bidding prices and assist ASM in the preparation of proposals for Electric Cooperative (Report will come from the ASMs);"Assists ASM in computation and completing all bidding requirements (Sending via LBC);Check inputs of ASM in the liquidation/replenishment report (OR, amount of each entry, amount limitations such as taxi and lodging fares an check the total amount of replenishment);"Assists and give response to all ASM's request but ask first for NSS approval;Monitor the inventory of the promotional items (Portable Test Equipment, etc.);Manage the distribution of Christmas giveaways to ASMManage the requirements needed for the PHILRECA Event (Sample KWH meters for the booth, brochures and flyers, place of the Thanksgiving party, Give aways of the clients, etc.);Responsible for preparation of sales request for payment, add-on requests, travel request form for ASMs and clients;Responsible for Sales and Marketing research and activities;Responsible for marketing efforts (Brochure. Advertising, Newsletter);Responsible for documentation of Policy and Procedure Manual;Responsible for client presentation;Performs additional duties as assigned;Corporate Core Competencies
