The Regional Client Manager, APAC will be responsible for a portfolio of Asia-Pacific (APAC) Regional Key Clients, which form part of the APAC Regional Key Client Program. This Program is a key element of the Firm's established Key Client Program. It is a client-facing role that involves managing the account and driving business development in line with the goals of the client team.

The key responsibilities of the Regional Client Manager, APAC would be:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the portfolio of the assigned key clients and the industries in which they operateContinuously assess how the Firm is facing the client organization, at what level and in what areas and determine what relationships need to be protected/strengthened/explored/exploited further in order to grow profitable revenues - including relationships you can personally own/leadDevelop and drive the implementation of the client plan and associated tactical actions in conjunction with the Relationship PartnersSupport the articulation of the region's value proposition, our shift towards higher-value market segments and service lines, and towards mandates that leverage the firm's global platform and industry and practice expertiseCoach and support Partners and lawyers on client-specific engagement activities. Act as a conduit between the client and the client team:facilitate introductionsundertake client feedbackshape agendas, organize and attend client meetingsmanage secondmentsPrepare external and internal client reports and communications, including some data analysis and client mappingConduct pre- and post-secondment briefings and ensure that client secondments are fully exploitedProfile
A successful Regional Client Manager, APAC would have:
Bachelor's degree required. Masters or other qualifications focusing on Marketing, Communications, Sales or related commercial subjects is preferredSignificant experience working in a professional services or financial services environment, with strong experience in a Client Relationship Manager roleExcellent English written and verbal communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.Mandarin speaker preferredA high level of commercial acumen and strong analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to successfully manage key internal and external relationships and projects across the global organizationSavvy in understanding and adapting to the expectations and the needs of different cultures across the FirmAbility to readjust and reorganize plans and deal with and manage change ; Legal; ManilaJob Offer
