Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment cycle:Work closely with the Account Manager to discuss about the requisition.Sourcing of best fit candidate against the job requirement specificationsInvolved in IT recruiting of employees for different clients/accounts, recruiting for full time employment (For Technical Recruiter role)Involved in Non-IT recruiting or Business Ops requirements for different clients/accounts, recruiting for full time employment (For Junior Recruiter role)Handling first round of HR interview in order to assess the candidates suitability, attitude, academic and professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc.Handling all functions of recruitment from sourcing of candidates through head hunting, Job portals,referrals etc for IT and Non IT requirement
