Responsibilities and Duties:
• Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards
• Source candidate utilizing social media and local group
• Review resumes and conducts phone screens to determine qualifications
• Schedule an interview with the hiring manager and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Interview potential candidates using industry-standard techniques
• Introduce new hires to the company and go through the hiring and training process
• Complete all vetting papers with candidates who meet expectations of the job
• Provide admin support related to a variety of human resources duties
• Organize, compile and update company personal records and documentation
• Manage and update the HR database with different information
• Prepare manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
Job Qualification:
• Must be highly organized and priorities daily workload
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent
• Must be a Registered Psychometrician (RPm)
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar handling online job-hunting websites
• Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to work in a flexible, multi-tasking environment
• Outstanding time management skills
• Attention to detail, prioritization skill
• Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment marketing
• Able to complete a complex administrative task with less supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
• Ability to work in a team and develop positive relationships with co-workers • Punctual, reliable and motivational.
• Knowledge of HR software and familiar with labor laws
