Provides assistance in crafting strategies to achieve the recruitment objectives and achieve the number of sales force required to achieve the sales objectives.Interview and evaluation of Sales Manpower candidatesDatabase and recruitment platform maintenanceOver-all in-charge of International & Local Marketing Partner accreditation including monitoring and on-boardingdocumentation of all sales arbitration and communication of verdict to key supporting departmentsQualifications
