DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR ASSISTANT
Support the daily operations of the HR teamUse HR databases to review, input, and keep track of employee informationTrack employee progress within the onboarding program Arranging meetings and maintaining calendarsResponsible for orienting new employees to the organizationAnswer all employee questions about HR regulations and benefitsAssist with payroll processesMaintaining organized and up-to-date HR files____
TRAINING ASSISTANT
Assist applicants during the recruitment processTrain new hire teachers based on the company programMake training materials to improve teacher qualityCoordinate closely with the Monitoring department and Sourcing/RecruitmentReview and evaluate the teacher’s skills and proficiency____
MonITORING ASSISTANT
Monitor teachers who are conducting classesMakes sure that all classes are properly deliveredProvides customer support to the students as well as the teachersProvides orientation to new teachers (rules and regulations, materials and books, and navigation of websites)____
