· Responsible for managing and implementing report and data service requirements of the Talent Acquisition. Services cover the following:
o Hiring requirements
o Performance and business review reports and analyses
o Ad-Hoc study/analysis requirements
· Manage analytics of Talent Acquisition operations.
o Reports development, testing, updates, and maintenance
o Data maintenance
o Analytics incidents handling and escalation
Qualifications:
· Any Bachelor’s of Science degree with solid math and statistics fundamentals
· 2-5 years related roles (i.e. retail/CPG, market research, consulting firms, actuarials, data
scientists, etc.)
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Very strong Excel skills
· Highly proficient in analytic applications/tools/languages (i.e. SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, Python,
etc.
